I got a new prop! and some more orange backdrop shots!

Tea anyone! I have been dying to use my new prop! I just love how cute Miss "G" looks in the oversized tea cup! also here are a couple more on the very popular orange backdrop.... Miss "H's" black dress was perfect!

Pretty in Pink!

and in the new hat I knitted! She is sooo cute I just want to pinch her little cheeks! and I am excited to say that the petti dress will fit anywhere from 8 months old to over 2! So that is good news... I just had to share this little one....

A Sweet Pea!

What a sweet little sleepy newborn girl! The newborn God's smiled upon us and she was sleepy for the first part of our session... Even though she woke up for a little bit we still managed to get some great shots! Here's a sneak peak for her Mom and Dad....

A New Prop!

I have been dying to try out the new retro black chair! Little Miss "H" was the perfect test subject! When we weren't looking she even "helped" us drag the chair into position... I love these shots of her!

A little Princess!

This is Little Miss Princess! She loves everything girlie! Needless to say when she saw all the tutu's and petti skirts she was in princess heaven! She wasn't actually here for a photo shoot but while her brother was nursing I decided the princess needed to get her picture taken! I love her expression in this shot! You would never know she was saying "candy pleeeeaaasssee!"

Meet Mr. "C"

This is Mr. "C." Also known as number three! Isn't he just adorable in the newborn bowl that I knitted just for him... I love how cozy he looks... He cooperated by sleeping for his entire session! More to come Mom and Dad but as always I had to share....

and the first one I opened! I knew when I snapped this one I was going to love it! Miss "B" came to have her senior pictures done... We wanted something funky so we went with the orange back drop! I love how these turned out! We are planning an outdoor shoot as well so stay tuned for those..... I had to share this one though! More to come "B" and Mom!

What a Doll!

This is one of those sessions where you want to share the entire gallery with the world! What a sweet little doll baby she is! Her sweet little tilted smile melts my heart! I just love her to pieces.... Little Miss has been coming for photos since she was a newborn! I just love to watch the kiddos grow....

Sneak peak for the "C" family!

Meet Mr. "T." He is living proof that kids will actually sit still if you promise them candy.... He is busy and all boy... But knowing I had a sucker just for him in my pocket was enough for him to sit still long enough to get some great captures! Here are a couple favorites so far... I am still working, but had to share these two...

A sweet little "pea!"

This is Mr. "T" wearing my new pea pod cocoon.... I was especially excited to use it since I knitted it myself just for him....( using the Knifty Knitter loom... ) This little guy gave us a run for our money.... (just ask his Dad) but in the end we got some amazing shots... I just love the one of him in his Daddy's arms....

Megan is always my model to test my lights... Most of the time I don't get anything since she doesn't like to be the model... But I love this one!

A too cute Red Head....

Meet "C." I have always loved her red hair! I think I have asked her a million times "is that your natural color!?" Yep! She needed an updated headshot for a new job so we had a mini photo shoot.... I love this one!

Not here for photos....

but when a cutie like this shows up with her Mom you gotta snap a few! In her Dora shirt, messy face and all I just knew I had to get a couple snaps of this cutie pie! I took her picture about two years ago when she was just a newborn and I can't believe how time flies... Her Mom came today to get some headshots done and she tagged along... What a good little girl she was! I even got to give her a lolli-pop!

Some sleep over fun...

I had a model show up on sleep over night so I had to take her picture! This is my niece... Megan and Erin got all dressed up in petti-coats and were the perfect models.... Erin cooperated longer than Megan so I actually got some shots of her... Megan on the other hand we got nada... She just doesn't like to sit still long enough anymore.... KIDS!

A spring flower....

We were out front the other day playing with the afternoon light and Megan decided to pick a flower for me.... I have been trying to get a shot of her new tooth but she has gotten so good at posing that this seems to be the smile of choice for her... I will keep working to get that tooth!

What a small world!

What a fun session! and what a small world! While talking during the session we realized we are both from the same part of San Diego and even graduated from the same High School! How crazy is that! I love this shot! The Mommy to be looks amazing! More to come...

Such a sweetie! and a great assistant...

This is the first shot I opened from my session today! I had to share it! Not only is she a beautiful little girl but what a helper she was... With each back drop change she was there to help get it in place! More to come Mom and Dad but I had to share this one!

You would never know by this shot that this little guy gave us a run for our money! I love his sweet smile and those two little teeth showing on top! What a cutie pie! More to come Mom and Dad but as always I had to share...

Some fun with orange!

I decided it was time to try a new color backdrop... For some reason orange jumped out at me... I wanted something different than the norm. Once it arrived I knew I had to go shopping to find something fun for Megan to wear.... I even bought her matching shoes as a bribe to get her do a photo shoot for me.... Candy just doesn't work anymore.... Here are the results.... I am happy to say she cooperated! Woo hoo....

A sweet little one, who didn't want to sleep!

What a sweetie she is! This little plum did not want to sleep while she was here! She wore out not only her Mom, but also her Grandma and even me! We did get some amazing shots and this is one of my favorites... More to come Mom...

Here are a couple of my sister! We decided to do a high fashion shoot when she was here for Thanksgiving so that she could update her myspace page... The petticoat is actually one I bought as a prop for little girls but it fit so we went with it... I love these shots of her....
